Our service

Match Your Love provides human-led matchmaking, including assessments, consultations, curated introductions and related guidance. Matchmaking is inherently personal and subjective. We provide a considered, good-faith service; we do not guarantee chemistry, a relationship, marriage or any specific outcome.

Memberships, fees and payment

Membership options and prices are described on our Memberships page. Some memberships begin with an application and consultation before any payment is taken. Fees, inclusions and terms are those presented at the time of purchase. Payment is processed via the payment method offered at checkout.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not and cannot promise that you will meet a partner, form a relationship or achieve any particular result. Nothing on our website or in our communications should be read as such a guarantee.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, treat others with respect, and use the service lawfully. In particular, you agree to:

• Represent yourself truthfully.
• Respect the privacy and boundaries of others.
• Not share another member's information without consent.
• Not use the service for any unlawful, harmful or dishonest purpose.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The website, branding and content are owned by or licensed to Match Your Love and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
